Sixinch expanding production following soaring demand

With contracts which include benches for Tate Britain and furniture for the roof terrace of Mayfair Casino, foamcoated furniture company sixinch is having to expand its production facilities.

Following soaring demand for its products, the company has invested in new spraying booths and state-of-the-art coating machinery and is currently investigating starting production facilities in the UK.

It has also had to triple its estimated delivery time from four to 12 weeks to give customers a realistic idea of when projects will be completed.

Foamcoating is a technique that replaces normal fabric and upholstery and is flexible, waterproof and seamless.

sixinch furniture is padded with high density foam where cushioning is required, then sprayed directly with a unique flexible coating. This creates pieces with the consistency of one material.

Foamcoating is available in any Pantone, NCS or RAL colour.
